I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Head of Property and Workplace Services. This is a Permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their London offices.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, delivering real estate strategy and a seamless operational service, providing a premium client experience across all locations.
- Must have previous experience working in Strategy, ops management and service delivery, with strong business continuity planning and sustainability.
- Ability to influence, build business cases for new locations.
- Previous experience of overseeing a design and fit out of new and existing locations.
- Ability to bring people on board through workplace change and provide project support to international offices
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day facilities management & maintenance for UK offices alongside overseeing the outsourced facilities management.
- Embrace a client-led focus and continually strive to deliver client service excellence.
- Overseeing property project management, financial and carbon emissions management and optimising the productivity & satisfaction of staff through any workplace change.
- Building strong relationships with specialist 3rd party suppliers, (such as advisory agents, architects, workplace strategy & design consultants, sustainability and health & safety).
