Transformation Associate (entry-level) Market leading growth in our Consulting Service Delivery team has created opportunities for new people to join the team, working in our Newcastle office. CSD is about going beyond advice; we specialize in operational delivery, which means we specialize in implementing solutions on behalf of clients, across a number of different solution areas. This is a great opportunity to progress your career within Financial Services as you will gain experience in a variety of EY offerings. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects with different clients and in turn you will get to fulfil your aspirations and shape your career.
The Consulting Service Delivery team is one of EY's fastest growth areas and we are based in a modern office in Newcastle city centre. With us, you will gain hands-on experience of client work as a Transformation Associate, engaging with projects related to a variety of Transformation and Project Management-related roles. Continuing expansion means we are looking for people who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of different teams. Your key responsibilities
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and providing support where required.
- Regularly update senior team members on your progress.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, while building strong relationships internally within Consulting Service Delivery and other teams in EY.
- Understand and maintain client confidentiality and ensure their data security at all times.
- Contribute to people initiatives like training and buddying new team members.
