Clinical Pharmacist, Reading

A great opportunity has arisen with a very forward-thinking GP Surgery in Reading, looking for a full time practice based Clinical Pharmacist to join their established Pharmacy team. The role will consist of usual Clinical Pharmacist duties such as SMRs, Polypharmacy, Discharge Letters, Meds Reconciliation, etc, as well as the opportunity to focus on a specific area of interest. The practice is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with a strong background in primary care and as a full independent prescriber, ideally with the CPPE pathway. The practice is very highly regarded with a superb staff retention rate and has a very high patient satisfaction. Minimum Requirement – You will need to be a prescriber with Primary Care experience! Salary – £50,000 – £56,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + 1 week Study Leave + Indemnity Location – Reading The surgery – Forward-thinking, GP surgery Supportive multi-disciplinary team with an established Pharmacy team!
