Procore Implantation & Training Specialist

Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Procore expert to spearhead our client\’s platform\’s company-wide implementation and provide comprehensive training to all relevant staff. This role is crucial in aligning the project delivery processes with best-in-class digital tools, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success with Procore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Procore across the company
• Customize workflows, templates, and tools to align with company project delivery processes (EPC model, BESS, etc.)
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for employees at all levels
• Act as the primary liaison between our company and Procore\’s customer support team
• Establish best practices, SOPs, and user guides for internal use
• Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and iterate improvements
• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to super-users and project teams
• Ensure data migration, integrations, and project setup are handled efficiently and correctly

Requirements

• Proven experience in Procore implementation and training (minimum 3 years)
• Strong understanding of project delivery models, ideally EPC or construction/infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage change and drive adoption across teams
• Familiarity with BESS or similar energy/infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
• Training, teaching, or instructional design experience is a plus
• Procore certification(s) preferred
