GP Receptionist £12.29 per hour Connah's Quay Temporary 37.5 hours per week Must be flexible to work between the hours of 8am – 6:30pm (M-F) The Role of a GP Receptionist Our client is looking to recruit a receptionist with an excellent telephone manner who is friendly and welcoming. The successful Receptionist will have the ability to work productively in a busy reception area. Previous experience with a GP surgery/Medical Centre/Health Centre and use of EMIS system is advantageous but not essential. Main duties of the GP Receptionist will include: Answer incoming telephone calls Greet and direct incoming visitors/patients in a professional manner Book appointments and deal with general medical queries Deal with angry or upset people and diffuse these situations confidently Enter accurate personal information onto a database.
