Maison Estelle is a private members club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and manage running orders, ensuring all event information is communicated to relevant operational teams in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update event calendars with accurate details.
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications team to meet newsletter deadlines and other event design briefs.
  • Upload event details and imagery to CRM systems (Peoplevine) and member portals.
  • Ensure smooth execution and a first-class member experience by being onsite during events.
  • Assist with 'hero' events such as the Summer Party and the Christmas Fair.
  • Book external activations like florists and bands and manage supplier invoices.
  • Oversee guest lists using CRM guest list software (Zkipster).
  • Contribute to brand partnership presentations to enhance member events.
  • Support the private events team with organisation of events for members and brands.
