As the Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with thepastry teamto support daily servicein the restaurants, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency,and leadership aredemonstrated.

• Support andassisttheSous Chef and Head Chefin the preparation, execution, and presentation of high-qualityandptisserieand desserts.
• Lead the pastry team during service or preparationin the absence of thesenior pastry chefs
• Ensure consistency and quality control across all pastry items, from proofing and baking to finishing and garnishing
• Train and mentor junior pastrychefs
• Collaborate on seasonal menu development and recipe testing
