You will be the driving force behind everything food and drink at Seaton House, leading day-to-day operations, inspiring your team to deliver warm, polished service, and ensuring our guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.
You will oversee:
- All F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, private dining)
- Menu coordination and supplier relationships (with our Head Chef)
- Guest feedback and experience design
- Budgeting, stock control and compliance
- Coaching and mentoring of your team
