£28,000 per annum + £4,000 service charge

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Head Waiter to join the front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellence and ready to step into a leadership role within a highly regarded hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Deliver consistently high levels of service in line with the hotel’s five-star standards
- Assist in staff training, mentoring, and performance management
- Oversee guest dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction and attention to detail
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury hospitality setting
- Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail
- Must have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available for this role
Package Includes:
- £28,000 annual salary
