Role: Fleet Safety Manager Location: London Salary: up to £45,000 (Basic Salary) Were looking for a proactive Fleet Safety Manager to lead and enhance the fleet operations for a leading Tier 1 Property Services Contractor across multiple London contracts. This role is all about improving driver behaviour, ensuring vehicle compliance, and making data-driven decisions that boost safety and efficiency. What Youll Be Doing Oversee day-to-day fleet operations and support the fleet team. Deliver Toolbox Talks and lead driver awareness campaigns. Manage servicing, MOTs, and vehicle inspections. Monitor fleet KPIs and take action on performance data. Run incentive schemes and coordinate driver training. Lead fleet strategy updates and ensure policy compliance. Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. What Were Looking For Experience managing fleet operations and improving safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to analyse data and drive performance. A track record of delivering cost savings and efficiencies.
