At LSEG, we’re working on a cyber platform to provide actionable insights into all aspects of cyber: code, infrastructure, architecture, cloud, IAM, PAM, GRC and much more. This is a large scale system empowering our engineering organisation to view their cyber security posture at any time.

Role:
Lead the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our internal cyber product. You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering an exceptional user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams in LSEG, you will overlook the product and ensure alignment with our yearly roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Management: Drive and implement the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. User-Centric Focus: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to identify pain points and requirements, shaping a user-focused product experience.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve product goals and collaborate with broader engineering teams for implementation.
  4. Feature Prioritization: Develop and prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  5. Project Management: Oversee product development, define requirements, set timelines, and ensure timely, on-scope delivery.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal stakeholders, including executives, updated on product plans, progress, and outcomes, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in product management, with a focus on branding, marketing, and design strategy.
  3. Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and product roadmaps.
  4. Proficiency in SQL or other coding languages, with a data-driven mindset.
  5. A keen eye for design and experience in providing design/UX/UI feedback.
  6. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
  7. Ability to balance and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
