Whats the role?

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, your role is all about connecting great businesses with great people. Youll be juggling sales and service with equal energy from prospecting and pitching to placing candidates and delivering top-tier client care.

Youll be doing things like:

• Winning new clients and driving business growth through proactive sales and cold calling
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector
• Managing the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Delivering first-class service that keeps clients coming back and candidates referring their mates
• Working to ambitious targets and smashing them

What were looking for:

• Someone with real sales drive confident, competitive, and resilient
• Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
• A proactive, self-starting attitude youre not afraid to pick up the phone and make it happen
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or account management is ideal (but not essential)
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
