📍 Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire

💰 Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (DOE) + Commission (up to £60,000 OTE)

• Desiccants for moisture control
• Barrier foils and polymers for protection

The Role

As our new Business Development Executive, you’ll:

• Drive new business through proactive outreach (90% phone-based)
• Cross-sell to existing clients
• Attend trade shows and occasional client visits
• Work closely with a supportive sales team and report to the Commercial Director

What We’re Looking For

✅ A 2:1 or 1st class degree in a science-related subject

✅ 2+ years in technical sales with proven success

✅ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

✅ Confident with numbers and quoting in multiple currencies

✅ Proficient in MS Word and Excel

✅ Full UK driving licence

✅ Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and client meetings

✅ Based within commuting distance of SL8 5DT (or willing to relocate)

Bonus Points For:

• A second European language
• CRM experience
• Sales experience in the medical/healthcare sector
