Are you a Creative Designer with a passion for digital experiences and a desire to make a positive impact? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Digital Designer to join a dedicated Brand and Creative Content Team within a forward-thinking, purpose-led organisation that’s all about doing good.

In this role as the Senior Digital Designer you’ll be a key part of a team that creates work with meaning and impact. You'll lead on the design of engaging and accessible digital content, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s values while putting users first.

Your responsibilities as the Senior Digital Designer will include:

  • Design Creation: Producing visually compelling and user-friendly assets for digital platforms (and occasionally print), ensuring consistency and engagement across formats.
  • Accessibility: Championing inclusive design by adhering to WCAG 2.1 and other accessibility guidelines, ensuring your work is usable by everyone.
  • User-Centric Thinking: Conducting user research and applying insights to create designs that are clear, simple, and effective.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to build accessible experiences from the ground up.
  • Design Systems: Contributing to and maintaining a robust, accessible design system that ensures visual consistency and efficiency.
  • Iteration & Feedback: Creating testable design drafts, seeking input, and refining based on feedback.
  • Brand Identity: Upholding and evolving the organisation’s visual identity through thoughtful, inclusive design choices.
  • Trendspotting: Staying on top of the latest design tools and techniques, sharing your knowledge and inspiring others.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital design role or similar creative environment.
  • A standout portfolio showcasing accessible, user-focused digital design work.

  • A solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ADA, Section 508) and a commitment to inclusive design.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and apps, with an eye for responsive layout and clean UX.
