Campaign Marketing Manager
East Midlands: Hybrid 2/3 (WFH)
Salary £50,000 + Package including bonus

With growth firmly on the agenda they have and continue to build out a fantastic Brand. Nurturing their existing loyal customer base as well as a focus on new customer acquisition, in this role you will be responsible for setting the customer comms strategy be managing multi-channel brand campaigns and messaging.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, and supported by the wider marketing team (circa 30 people), your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead in the development of the brands campaign strategy, ensuring brand consistency across channel including email, web, digital, print, and wider content plans.
- Project manage the brands campaign plan, briefing and coordinating plans and guidance for the team.
- Foster strong working relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration and achieve shared goals.
- Review and approve creative work to ensure alignment with brand objectives and standards.
- Oversee the brands comms strategy to ensure continued growth, maximizing exposure for the strategic and tactical priorities.
- Tracking and reporting on campaign success, pushing continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Attributes
- Experience operating in another leadership role, comfortable managing teams, as well as reporting at board level.
- Highly organised with great project management skills
- Comfortable with pace, and managing multiple campaigns plans/ changeable campaign plans
- Excellent attention to detail, with great content and comms skills
- Ideally previous experience managing creative, or a good eye for creative design with an understanding of best practice in design principles across different formats.
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with experience managing teams
