Qualified Childcare Practioner

Are you a passionate and dedicated Childcare Practitioner looking for your next exciting role? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a Level 2 (or higher) childcare qualification in the Reading and Basingstoke areas.

The Role: As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the daily care, education, and development of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Observing and assessing children\’s development, maintaining accurate records, and identifying next steps.
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Contributing to a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe play area.
• Acting as a key person for a group of children, supporting their individual needs and progress.

Requirements:

Level 2 or above childcare qualification.

• Mustbeenthusiasticandhaveapassionforworkingwithchildren.
• Experienceworkingwithchildreninanursery/similarsetting
• Knowledgeofsafeguardingandearlyyearsbestpractices.

The pay is from £12.75 to £13.94 subject to qualification and experience.

This is ADHOC work that would be suit someone that works part-time hours.
