Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of people operations across onboarding, reviews, promotions, and offboarding.
- Optimise HR systems and dashboards to empower data-driven decisions.
- Develop and provide a seamless process for people services.
- Drive forward-thinking policy development and compliance across multiple geographies.
- Ensure a high-performing payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness globally.
- Support People Team strategic initiatives and manage end-to-end HR projects.
Skills:
- CIPD or equivalent qualification.
- Proven HR Operations experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business.
- Demonstrated success in managing HR systems and leading HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with operational demands.
