Main Duties & Responsibilities * Assist experienced operators in operating rolling mills and related machinery. * Monitor production processes according to production schedules and customer specifications and report any deviations or issues. * Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high quality standards. * Participate in routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality. * Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality. * Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area. Skills * Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory. We encourage enthusiastic and motivated individuals to apply. * Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes is advantageous. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. * Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and growing within the company. * Understanding safety procedures and willingness to comply with all safety guidelines.
