The Role

Your responsibilities:
Work with the customer executive and technical teams to gather information on releases and organization changes and prepare stakeholders' communication.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
1. Strong experience in writing and preparing external communications and messages
2. Experience in preparing short video bytes with appropriate messaging
3. Strong experience in content design tools
4. very strong experience in Office 365
