This is a fixed term post for 12 months Facilities Monitoring Officer – Grade F Based at: Various/ Based at Venture House Hours: 37.5h We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, pro-active, problem solving individual who takes pride in their work. Someone who has practical audit experience in a customer facing service industry. Recruitment Premium: This position attracts a Recruitment Premium of between £5,000 to £7,500 per annum, dependent on the candidates\’ skills and experience which must be demonstrated at interview and through the application process. The premium will only be paid for the duration of the fixed term contract and for a maximum duration of 12 months. Secondment: SSL has a 12 month\’ secondment opportunity available, whereby we would welcome applications from applicants on NHS Terms and Conditions, who are looking to widen their knowledge and experience working within a Soft Facilities Contract Monitoring Team, within a best in class PFI Management Team. SSL is prepared to recognise employees T & C\’s and will work with your organisation to host you during this period providing an opportunity to be mutually beneficial to you and SSL. Role Purpose: Responsible for managing and leading on PLACE Assessments Responsible for the monitoring and conducting audits of all areas of Soft FM for the Trusts PFI contract.
