Job Title: Senior Site Manager Location: Exmouth, EX8 1HX About the job We\’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager for our successful South West division to lead the new development in Exmouth. Using specified drawings and instructions, you\’ll manage the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards. Based on site and reporting to the Construction Manager, you\’ll successfully manage all aspects of the building site, with responsibility for health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and cost control. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living\’s desirable developments. Hours of work are between 7.30am to 5.00pm. It may be necessary to work additional unpaid hours from time to time and occasional weekend working. The Senior Site Manager is subject to call-out but this is infrequent.
