What will you do as a Supply Chain Manager?

• Own the end-to-end supply chain process, from supplier sourcing and manufacturing coordination to delivery
• Forecast product demand across DTC, retail and Wholesale
• Manage relationships with 3PL warehouse partners
• Streamline warehouse processes, and ensure all b2c and b2b orders are shipped without issue
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight, including imports and exports between the UK, EU, US
• Provide monthly reporting on COGS, stock on hand, return and damage rates

What will you need to be a Supply Manager for this brand?

• Similar experience – Retail, Ecommerce, Beauty or FMCG – essential
• Advanced Excel
• Experience with creating end of month stock and cost of goods sold reports
• Proficient in Shopify or Unleashed
• Proven experience in demand forecasting, stock planning, purchasing, and supplier management.
