Senior Finance Business Partner - Hybrid

This is a high-impact role that offers the chance to join a respected and dynamic team at a crucial time, and we are seeking candidates who are immediately available.About the RoleThis commercially focused position plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance across multiple business units. Working closely with both finance and operational stakeholders, you will provide valuable insight and challenge to ensure financial objectives are met.Your responsibilities as the Senior Finance Business Partner will include:

• Lead the setting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of key financial and operational KPIs.
• Business partner with senior stakeholders to support performance delivery and drive accountability.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasting and reporting.
• Take ownership of monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet accuracy, supported by the central finance team.
• Ensure high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and timely month-end closures in line with internal deadlines.
• Partner closely with operational teams to challenge financial results and support performance improvement.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of regional business plans and operational strategies.
• Ensure financial controls are embedded across operational teams
• Support commercial and strategic decision-making through robust financial evaluation and analysis.

To be considered for the position of Senior Finance Business Partner:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years’ finance management experience.
• Strong business partnering experience within a commercial environment.
• Able to build credibility and influence at all levels.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly by car.
• Immediately available or available at short notice.
