A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, accredited Lettings Agency in Southsea. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Listing adverts for properties
- Processing incoming enquiries in the agency's CRM
- Sending and processing questionnaires to prospective tenants, filtering applications, carrying out reference checks
- Attending property inspections
- Answering incoming calls, fielding questions, directing enquiries as needed
- CRM / database management
- General office administration including ordering supplies, health & safety, etc.
The role is being offered on Monday - Friday 10am-6pm, but you will work a Saturday every other week (with a day off in lieu during that week). The company funds a lettings qualification so that you can become accredited, making this an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to have a career within the lettings sector.
A driving license and car is essential for this role as you will be driving to property viewings etc. You do not need previous experience in lettings, however strong administrative experience and customer service skills would be really beneficial. It would be really useful if you're available immediately or at short notice but this isn't essential.
