We’re looking for an enthusiastic Family Support Worker to join our Outreach Team in Liverpool.This is your chance to make a real difference by helping families overcome challenges, build resilience, and create brighter futures for children and young people.? What you’ll be doing:

• Visiting families at home and in the community to provide tailored support
• Working closely with schools, health professionals, and partner agencies
• Creating and delivering support plans that bring about positive change
• Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at every step

? What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children and families (essential)
• A caring, proactive, and resilient approach
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for outreach work)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families
