IRD Consultancy represents prestige luxury brands in the London market. We have permanent roles that we are currently helping our clients recruit for in the world of Luxury Fashion, Beauty, and Watches & Jewellery.

Whilst the brands may differ, the requirements are broadly similar – we\’d like to speak with people who:

• Have a great track record of sales (premium or luxury background essential)
• Understand CRM and how to develop and grow your own client book
• Able to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Have an understanding of the world of luxury
• Take a nuanced approach to your clients and have the desire to really understand them and their situation

Salary Information:

Senior Management Roles: £45-£65k

Senior Sales: £35-£45k DOE

Junior Sales: £29-£32k DOE
