An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Associate Technicians - Reagent Manufacturing to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative scientific manufacturing business based in Motherwell, Scotland. These are full-time lab-based roles operating on a rotating shift schedule.

The Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a scientific discipline
- Previous laboratory or scientific manufacturing experience in a regulated environment
- Ability to work independently and accurately within established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and precise documentation skills
- Competent with data entry and computer systems
- Effective communication and self-management skills
Desirable:
- GMP/GLP/GDP familiarity and diagnostic manufacturing experience
The Role:
- Manufacture reagents in a GMP-compliant laboratory to support production timelines
- Prepare stock solutions and buffers according to batch requirements
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory and analytical equipment
- Complete batch records and documentation with accuracy and consistency
- Adhere to quality and regulatory protocols (GMP, GDP, GLP)
- Collaborate effectively with technicians, scientists, and production teams
- Contribute to SOP and WI updates and improvements as needed
Shift Pattern:
- Contractors will be allocated to one of three teams: Shift A, B, or C
- Fixed team assignment for contract duration
- Shifts run 07:00 - 19:00, rotating between days and nights
- Schedule operates on a structured rotation
- Includes some weekend working
- Shift Allowance applies to relevant hours
