Are you an experienced accountant ready to take on a senior role in a supportive and growing practice? Our client, a well-established accountancy firm in Rochford, is looking for a confident and capable Senior Accountant to join their team.

?? About the Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients, oversee junior staff, and play a key role in delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. ?? Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparation of corporation tax and personal tax returns
• Overseeing bookkeeping and VAT work prepared by junior staff
• Providing business advice and support to clients
• Assisting with training and mentoring junior team members
• Supporting partners with ad hoc projects and client meetings

? What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in cloud-based software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
