MM Flowers is looking for a Quality Manager – Gifting to lead food safety, quality and compliance across our gifting division. You’ll ensure raw materials and finished goods meet the highest standards while driving improvement and leading a dedicated quality team.

What you’ll do:

✔ Lead food safety, HACCP, and FSMS for gifting

✔ Manage audits, inspections & supplier non-conformance

✔ Oversee raw material & finished goods quality

✔ Develop and mentor the quality team

✔ Analyse quality data and drive improvements

✔ Collaborate with Procurement, Production & NPD

What we’re looking for:

🔸 Quality management experience in the food industry

🔸 Strong HACCP/BRCGS/food safety knowledge

🔸 Skilled in inspections, data analysis & reporting

🔸 Proven team leadership abilities
