Financial Director

Job Title: Financial DirectorLocation: Northampton Salary: £100,000

We are looking for a qualified Financial Director (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to join a well established business based in Northampton. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance for the UK business.

This is a "hands on" role looking after both the technical accounting requirements whilst offering commercial finance support to the wider business. From managing cash flow and payroll to overseeing monthly reporting and annual planning cycles, you’ll ensure the financial engine of the business runs smoothly whilst becoming a trusted member of the senior leadership team. You will also be managing a team of people so experience of managing and developing people is essential.

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Solid technical skills alongside commercial business partnering experience
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong communication skills
