Are you an experienced Poultry Production Manager looking for a new challenge in a busy factory environment? About the RoleAbout the RoleThe purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all aspects of the Poultry Production Department, as detailed below: To organize and plan the production for the poultry Department on days To ensure that all orders are produced to the correct specification To complete stock rotation and action short dates To ensure that all finished product and work in progress is correctly labelled for traceability with both GRNs and batch codes To complete production records. Adhere to all Health and safety Polices and quality standards Adhere to allergen controls To ensure that the poultry area, tumbling room and seasoning areas are kept clean & tidy. To train staff within the poultry department To administrate Holiday shift patterns, together with the Factory Manager ensuring that all necessary cover is in place. To liaise with HR regarding timekeeping, absences, complying with the Company Absence Procedure & Policy, Discipline and Grievance.
