About the Role
We are hiring a director to market, sell, deliver, and continuously improve Duke CE Enterprise Programs, developed in partnership with industry and educational players, increase brand awareness and drive sizeable and sustainable revenue from programme sales.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Marketing and selling Duke CE enterprise programs to B2B clients, targeting sizeable and sustainable revenue growth in line with annual targets.
- Designing new programs in collaboration with enterprise partners and launching them in the market.
- Leading the full-cycle delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
- Redesigning content to meet market trends and consumer needs.
- Driving brand awareness and demand for programs through strategic marketing and event development.
- Developing and managing events, including content creation, marketing, and production.
- Collaborating extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have experience in L&D or adult education, including experience in marketing, B2B sales, and driving program success. Proven ability to manage client relationships and secure high-value deals with corporate clients will be required.
The ideal candidate will have led business growth and delivered solutions tailored to the market using creative and innovative ideas. As a charismatic networker with executive presence and ideally existing relationships at senior level with potential partners, they will have a high level of emotional intelligence, creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to persuade and lead others to achieve and ensure their success.
Office Location and Travel
This role is office-based and will require flexibility to work occasional evenings for events and program deliveries. Some travel may be required.
