Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected aerospace manufacturer in the Wrexham area. Due to continued growth and increased demand, we are looking to appoint an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their dynamic production team working across 24-hour shift patterns.The Role: Preparing and spraying aerospace components to exact technical specificationsSurface prep, masking, and finishing to meet strict quality standardsWorking with specialist paints and materials in a controlled environmentConducting visual checks and quality assurance as part of daily tasksMaintaining cleanliness and safety across all work areasRequirements: Previous paint spraying experience (aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawingsComfortable working on a shift rotation (days and nights)Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-drivenTPBN1_UKTJ
