Youll proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients across the UK through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings.Your role will involve building strong relationships with hiring managers, pitching tailored recruitment solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with our delivery team to ensure client success and growth.If you have experience in field sales or B2B business development, ideally in recruitment, logistics, industrial, or similar sectors, thats great.
