Location: Clerkenwell, London (Hybrid)

Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 pro rata

The Role

This is a high-impact, part-time leadership role ideal for a strategic HR professional who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments. As People & Culture Partner, you will work closely with the Board to design and deliver a people strategy that drives performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute strategic people initiatives that align with company goals
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and people systems
  • Advise on reward, performance, culture, and organisational design
  • Lead ER and change management efforts with input from external advisors
  • Deliver key people projects, including salary benchmarking and 360 reviews
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices

Who You Are

  • Senior-level HR generalist with experience in scaling creative or purpose-led businesses
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
  • Strong track record in culture-building, change leadership, and HR operations
  • Capable of combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery
  • Skilled communicator and trusted advisor at Board level
