I'm working with a rapidly growing, boutique consultancy, who are looking to build their regional consulting team. Headquartered out of Manchester but working across the Midlands and the North of England, they have a really impressive culture, and have fantastic opportunities for progression, development and proposition leadership.
The team partners with leading private sector organisations, and local & central government teams to design and deliver business critical strategic transformation initiatives across their businesses. They have some deep specialism in the Aviation, Government, Retail and Consumer sectors, as well as clients across Transport, Logistics, Education and Utilities too.
Their work is hugely varied, from growth strategy, data and people change, to operating model design, to operational excellence, process improvement and Intelligent Automation, to executing experience transformation and programme delivery initiatives.
This role is an opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing office. Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of some of the following projects:
- Operating model and organisational design
- Data strategy
- People & employee experience transformation
- Process improvement and cost reduction
- Broad change & transformation initiatives
- CxO advisory
My client has specific interest in candidates who are flexible to work across a number of project types, as well as those who are ambitious, entrepreneurial and hungry to develop.
The role will cover these key areas:
- Complex transformation management - engage with exec leaders of private & public sector organisations, and their teams, to deliver complex strategic and transformational solutions.
- Support internal initiatives - like bids and proposals, client management, learning and development, and DEI programmes.
My client offers a salary of £60,000 to £75,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role is Manchester based, with WFH flexibility. If this ticks the boxes for you please apply.
