Your primary mission will be to connect with potential clients, understand their energy needs, and provide tailored solutions that deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective business clients with the primary goal of introducing our services to meet their needs.
- Proactively identify and cultivate leads utilising data provided by the business, in addition to developing a network of prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning, and promote suitable energy solutions that align with their requirements, ultimately providing them with valuable recommendations and insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by engaging in effective communication that fosters trust and openness, ensuring that their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Work diligently towards achieving and exceeding established sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring that each interaction is a positive experience for the client while guiding them seamlessly from initial contact through to the final sale and beyond.
- Thorough training will be offered to equip you for success in this dynamic position.
Requirements
- Experience in a telesales role is required.
- Proven expertise in initiating B2B cold calling efforts and generating own leads, while sustaining a high level of motivation.
- Capable of executing the entire 360-degree sales process, from initial prospecting to successful closing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work towards target-driven goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
