Your role as an HR Ops Partner is to ensure you understand stakeholder needs and provide the best HR service to meet the needs of the Business Unit whilst ensuring alignment to the organisation's HR People Strategy.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the people strategy on your sites with your management teams including but not limited to; Annual HR activities (engagement surveys, performance reviews, etc.).
