Our client, a Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Real Estate fee earner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and client-focused solicitors to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a caseload of Landlord and Tenant work, including lease renewals, head office relocations, lease management, and working on the property aspect of corporate transactions.
  • Managing a caseload of development real estate work.
  • Handling cases from initial instruction ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
  • Drafting and approving legal documentation.
  • Undertaking business development as required.
  • Conducting legal research where necessary to support your caseload.

Desired skills:

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience undertaking Real Estate work as a fee earner.
  • Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team.
