This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, proactive Graphic Designer to join an established in-house marketing team at a much-loved UK brand. With a premium product range stocked by major national retailers, this business is evolving its creative direction and strengthening its in-house capability – and they’re looking for someone to play a key role in that journey.
This is a permanent role in a small but mighty team, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident taking ownership, and thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment. From brochure design and product launches to campaign assets and exhibition graphics, the creative output here is broad and business-critical. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, with space to bring fresh ideas and shape how the brand shows up across formats.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of key creative output across both print and digital – including brochures, POS, packaging, social content, internal comms and exhibition visuals. With multiple major product launches going into production, there’s plenty of variety and responsibility from day one. There’s also scope to work on campaigns, product launches and brand-building content.
You’ll be supported by a fantastic Senior Designer who’s passionate about craft, and part of a wider marketing team that values honesty, collaboration and autonomy. Together, you’ll work to evolve the visual identity of the brand, delivering work that’s both beautifully executed and commercially impactful. The team works at pace and is hugely collaborative and supportive – you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, take initiative, knowing your input is valued and supported.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven experience in a Graphic Design role, ideally in a fast-paced, in-house or studio environment.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of creative output across both print and digital.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A solid grasp of layout, typography and design principles, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Confidence working independently, managing projects from brief through to final artwork.
- A positive, proactive mindset – happy to get stuck in, juggle multiple briefs, and take feedback on board.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) would be a bonus but not essential.
What you’ll get in return for your experience
You’ll be joining a genuinely supportive and close-knit team where ideas are welcomed, and every day brings variety. The creative team is small, so you’ll have real visibility and impact from the outset – whether you’re designing a flagship brochure or turning around quick campaign assets for the sales team. You’ll be encouraged to evolve the brand and bring new creative ideas to the table, with opportunities to explore new tools and formats, including motion and evergreen content.
You’ll get 25 days holiday + bank holidays. The team typically works three days a week in the office, with two days remote, and flexible working around life’s day-to-day needs. You’ll also benefit from a very generous pension, discounted gym membership, EAP service, charity volunteer days, an extra day off for your birthday and more. It’s a warm, people-first culture with room to grow – and a brilliant opportunity to make your mark as part of a business on the up.
