About the Role We’re looking for a talented Senior Brand Designer to bring Healf’s creative vision to life. This is a hands-on design role for someone who can balance high-quality execution with creative collaboration, ensuring every visual asset reflects and elevates the Healf brand. Working as part of a collaborative in-house creative team, you’ll have the autonomy to produce top-tier designs across digital, print, and experiential channels while also contributing to our overall creative direction. You’ll report to the Creative Director for guidance but will play a key role in the creation, strategy, and execution of compelling visual work that pushes the brand forward. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Design Execution: Develop and deliver standout design concepts that reflect Healf’s brand identity across digital, print, packaging, and experiential platforms. Content Creation: Collaborate with the Creative Lead and wider team to ideate, shoot, and design in-house content, ensuring a cohesive and polished brand aesthetic. Creative Asset Development: Produce high-quality visual assets for social media, website, product packaging, and marketing campaigns, meeting deadlines and brand standards. Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the Brand Asset Bank , ensuring all designs align with Healf’s visual guidelines and design systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to seamlessly integrate visual storytelling across the business. Design Strategy: Contribute to design strategy and creative direction, while remaining hands-on in producing and delivering high-quality work. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, motion, and experiential design. Ability to contribute to strategic creative direction while remaining hands-on with the day-to-day production of design assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , Figma , and a strong understanding of motion design principles. Proven experience working in an in-house creative team , with knowledge of design systems, brand guidelines, and asset management. A proactive team player who can take direction, collaborate effectively, and bring a unique creative vision to the table. Excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
