A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Manager to lead and support a regional team of field engineers, an internal engineer, and a service coordinator. You will be responsible for making sure all service visits, repairs, and maintenance work are carried out smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.
Main duties include:
- Leading and supporting the service team to meet daily targets and customer expectations
- Planning and managing service schedules, repair visits, and maintenance work
- Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed
