We advise our clients on deals with values ranging from £50 million to over £ billion. Our clients include some of the most well-known brands and businesses in the world. We have a dynamic and friendly team from diverse backgrounds. We recruit proactively from industry, consulting, private equity, and audit to create a blend of relevant experience to support each transaction. Our technology specialists have deep expertise, and we are looking to expand this team to achieve our growth goals. What your days will look like S& M&A Operations focuses on supporting potential and actual M&A transactions, assisting clients in all operational aspects of the transaction, pre- and post-deal, including: Pre-deal value creation advisory Buy and sell side operational due diligence Synergy development and review Carve out and divestment support Taking control and day planning Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Post-acquisition performance improvement This role offers opportunities for personal and career growth, often working under tight deadlines and involving international travel, sometimes on short notice or overseas.
