Job Description

• Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit
• Produce design delivery programmes and schedules
• Liaise with developer and subconsultants
• Lead teams, both supporting and managing projects on-site at stages 3+
• Guide juniors in design and aid them when need be
• Ensuring technical packages are constructible to specification and adheres to industry standards

Key Skills

• ARB qualified or equivalent
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Demonstrable experience working within UK housing, mixed use, or commercial projects is desired
• Aptitude to lead and guide juniors in a constructive manner
• On-site experience
• Ability to gauge project needs and be client and contractor facing
