We are recruiting a talented and reliable Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at one of the UK’s most prestigious private golf clubs, nestled in beautiful grounds in Greater London. This luxury venue plays host to international tournaments and offers an elevated dining experience to its discerning members and guests.
The kitchen delivers both fine dining and premium members’ dishes, with a strong emphasis on seasonality, creativity, and precision. This is an outstanding opportunity to grow within a high-calibre culinary brigade and work in a serene, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, in line with the club’s luxury offering
- Work across all kitchen sections, supporting senior chefs where required
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety protocols
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and discreet team culture
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen (Michelin, Rosette, or luxury hospitality)
- Passionate about exceptional food, with a flair for presentation and detail
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to consistency
- Must be a driver – the club is not accessible by public transport
- Based in Greater London or Surrey
