Our client is a highly respected manufacturer of high-quality bathroom products, known for their exceptional service and support across the industry. With an established presence in the market, they are now seeking to accelerate growth within the contract and housebuilder sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious Project / Contract Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in developing relationships and driving sales within the regional and national housebuilder market. You’ll be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of bathroom solutions, working directly with decision-makers across the residential construction sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive specification sales into regional housebuilders, with some exposure to nationals
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project delivery and service excellence
The Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive sales professional with a background in the bathroom, KBB, or building products sector. You will bring:

The Package
Basic salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
