Director Of Engineering

Overview

Redline has been retained by a leading process instrumentation manufacturer who are looking for a Director of Engineering to join their R&D team based in Surrey. Due to significant growth, they are seeking a Director of Engineering to be responsible for engineering across three sites. You will manage all engineering deliverables, define and implement the engineering strategy and ensure performance meeting business needs and objectives. The nature of the industry and products will require someone who is a British Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for engineering across three sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an Engineering / R&D organisation.
• Experience in the R&D of mechanical and electronic/electrical products.
• Proven background in a regulated industry (Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, etc.).
• Degree qualified in a related Electronics discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• British citizenship is required.
