Contract Details

- London/UK-based
- £600–750 daily rate (dependent on Insurance/Health Cloud expertise)

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead build of Insurance Cloud and Health Cloud solutions including product model & quote management
- Design scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, OmniStudio)
- Drive adoption of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures) with strong adherence to best practices
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing, version control, and reusable component frameworks
- Provide hands-on delivery leadership: code review, technical mentorship, solution documentation, standards governance
- Engage stakeholders across business and technical disciplines to translate insurance requirements into robust Salesforce architecture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards in health/insurance systems
Must‑Have Experience
- Proven track record in Salesforce SFI/Vlocity Insurance Cloud and Health Cloud implementations, with familiarity using the FSC data model.
- Deep expertise in OmniStudio technologies (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures)
- Hands-on with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative capabilities
- Experience architecting product model, quote, and policy life-cycle solutions
- Strong integration design background (APIs, MuleSoft, SOAP/REST)
- Agile delivery methodology and proven leadership in enterprise transformation programmes
- Insurance domain knowledge: health and/or life experience is preferred
Desirable Credentials
- Salesforce Certifications: FSC Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master)
