Private Equity Associate - US Firm - 2-5 PQE

The Role

You will be advising private equity houses and financial sponsors on high-profile transactions, working closely with partners and colleagues across different areas of law. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of complex deals and play a key role in shaping client relationships. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide strategic legal advice to private equity clients on cross-border transactions
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of deals from start to finish
• Conduct due diligence and draft key transaction documents
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (E&W) with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private equity transactions
• Strong academic and training background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure
