Job Title: Strip Fitter

Location: Worcester
Pay Rate: Up to £18.00 per hour (Ltd or Umbrella)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am 4:00pm
Overtime: Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strip Fitter to join our clients busy automotive bodyshop based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled team in a fast-paced environment, with excellent earning potential through overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Removing and refitting vehicle parts such as panels, bumpers, trims, doors, and interior components

• Preparing vehicles for body repair and paintwork

• Working closely with panel beaters and painters to ensure efficient workflow

• Carrying out work to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a strip & fit or similar automotive bodyshop role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

• Own tools required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Whats on Offer:

• Up to £18.00 per hour (Ltd or Umbrella)

• Regular working hours (MonFri 6am4pm)

• Overtime available

• Long-term contract with immediate start available
